Important Information
As per the Tourism Council Of Bhutan, All Indian tourists above 12 years will have to pay 1200 per person per night as a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), and Children 5 to 12 years will have to pay 600 per person per night. Children below 5 years do not have to pay any charges.
Documents required for Bhutan Immigration is ONLY voter ID/Passport (minimum validity 6 months for passport)
- Children below 18 years can carry birth Certificate in English.
- SDF charges: Below 5 years is free – 5 to 12 years 600 per night above 12 years 1200 per night( per person per night).
- As per the new Tourism Rules Guide is Mandatory in Bhutan.
- Travel Insurance is Mandatory in Bhutan.
- Bhutan Immigration office remains open from 8:30 A.M. to 8 P.M. all 7 days a week.
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by the hotel.
- A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
- For Extra adults in the room, we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattresses or roll-out beds. Most of the hotels have no provision for an extra bed.
- The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise similar category hotel will be provided. All the rooms are base category.
- The above rates are for Indian Nationals only.

Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Paro airport, our representative will warmly greet you. As you approach Paro, take in the scenic views of Paro Dzong and the Paro river. After completing immigration formalities, our representative will drive you to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. En route, marvel at the beautiful mountains and the confluence of Paro Chu and Thimphu rivers at Chojum. Once in Thimphu, explore the local market. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
The National Memorial Chorten: Built in memory of the third Druk Gyalpo, it's devoted to world peace and hosts various Buddhist festivals. Buddha Dordenma Statue: A massive golden Buddha atop a hill with 125,000 smaller Buddhas, also known as Buddha Point. Changangkha Lhakhang: One of the oldest Lhakhangs in Thimphu, built in the 12th century, offering an amazing view of Thimphu city. Motithang Takin Preserve: A preserved area turned animal preserve center where the national animal, Takin, resides. The National Library: Established in 1967, it houses a famous collection of historic manuscripts, photos, and books. Painting School (Institute for Zorig Chusum): Teaches traditional arts and crafts, drawing, painting, and carving. Bhutan Textile Museum: Displays Bhutanese dresses and textiles, providing a glimpse into Bhutan's history. The Clock Tower: A tower with four clock faces, surrounded by beautiful paintings and carvings, a popular evening spot. Tashi Chho Dzong: Also known as Thimphu Dzong, a monastery located by the Wang Chhu River, hosting the annual Tsechu festival. Built-in 1216 A.D. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Dochula Pass: Located between Thimphu and Punakha, offers a scenic view of the Eastern Himalayas with 108 stupas. Punakha Dzong: Situated at the confluence of Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers, a beautiful Dzong with a sacred history. Punakha Suspension Bridge: One of the world's oldest suspension bridges, adorned with prayer flags, perfect for bird watching and photography. Overnight stay in Punakha/Wangdue.
Simtokha Dzong: Built-in 1629, one of the oldest Dzongs with significant historical importance. National Museum of Bhutan: Housed in an ancient watchtower, displaying artifacts, costumes, armor, weaponry, and implements representing Bhutan's cultural traditions. Ta Dzong: Initially a watchtower, later inaugurated as Bhutan’s National Museum in 1968. Rinpung Dzong: Also known as Paro Dzong, built-in 1644, showcasing traditional Bhutanese architecture. Drukgyal Dzong: A Buddhist monastery known as the ‘Victorious Fortress,' symbolizing victories over Tibetan invaders. Paro Airport View: The stunning Paro Airport, the country’s first and only international airport, offering breathtaking views. Kyichu Lhakhang: A pilgrimage site, part of the 108 temples built by the king, known for its antiquity and beauty. Overnight stay in Paro.
