Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by You:

  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
  • In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour option.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. This should cover medical expenses, personal injury, loss of baggage, and cancellation fees.

Passport and Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and the necessary visas for your trip. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to obtain the required travel documents.
